Just a quick note...so as not to alienate anyone...we are at Willie's for brunch and he showed me their new computer....so, here goes.

We got in at 9:00 p. last night. Drove about 530 miles in 11 hours. We decided against St. Augustine since it was raining sooo hard when we were coming down 75. We chose to push it through the dinner hour....whew!

We were in touch with them by phone and had great directions and they met us at our spot which is about 1/2 mile from where they live in the same community. Palm trees near and across from us, green grass and 70 + degrees. They took us to a neighborhood bar for a sandwich and then to Walmart to get a connector for the TV hookup. We had to have our priorities straight.

We got to bed after midnight and up twice with Rose who is thoroughly confused with food, water and sleep schedules. She will not eat or drink while we drive and so spending 11 hours in the MH she is confused (drank a ton of water when we got in then had to pee, etc., etc.)

We met them for a longggg walk this morning then brunch at their house with their friends who are Harley riders. So now I have to find a place to lie down for a nap.

The weather is warm and humid and we have no need for our furnace...a.c. is on for Rose while we are away....a far cry from what we left.

Lots to see, lots to do, and 33 days to do it.
