This week

After a beautiful weekend here we go into an ambitious week. Today I mediate at the CDR over some business case. The less I know about these going in, the better. Tomorrow noon I leave for Chicago to do a Certification Conference for Dan. He just got back from Romania where he was tending to business...more mediation stuff. The CerCon in Chicago (Westbrook) is small, but will be challanging. I will drive back on Thursday. Friday we leave for Boyne City...and Trisha's wedding. I will most likely blog in the evenings at the hotel this week.

Aleene, Rose and I walked at Kirk Park yesterday...what a beautiful fall day. The leaves are dropping and the squirrels were chittering. Rose navigated the steps up and down without hesitation. Funny how she can do it sometimes and other times she balks.

I do another CerCon in Southfield in two weeks. Not sure how many are signed up for this one. Dan has never done one in Detroit area before so I am not sure how big a presence he is there. This guy gets around and has contacts everywhere.

No news on the sale of the condo.

Talked to Shirley last night and she reports having a great time in Hawaii with Jack. She enjoyed the time at sea more than the time on the islands...my kind of cruiser. All are well in her area of the world.

Jeff is still bubbling over the Youth Worker Conference in PGH. He says they got kicked out of the hotel one night as the the hotel preferred the Jacksonsville Jaguars to them. The hotel made the arragements and furnished transportation, but they stayed in Monroeville one night. That is not that far away (to the east) buy it can take you hours to get there sometimes if the Squirrel Hill Tunnels are having problems....I speak from experience.
