Today is Truman's fourth birthday...wishing him the best...only hope that we can help him celebrate #5 in OR. We will see; no offers yet on the house.
Wednesday we drove to Cadillac to meet with Jeff and Mary over wedding plans. They were obviously content and happy with their decision to wed. It was written all over them. So, sixty days from today it will be their turn to have the spot light.
Talked to Gary briefly yesterday and Cooper is making progress. Holding his own in these trying first few days of life. Not on the ventilator all the time...eating both his mother's milk and a supplement that neonates get. It is a trying time for sure...but signs of progress are being seen.
Centennial Park was rocking last night between 6:30 and 8:00. A three piece band which played continuously alternated between classic rock and Christian rock. It is too hard to understand the words, but the lead guy could both play and sing...with no back up and it sounded good. He did Eagles, Chicago, and other 70s groups along with his message songs that I couldn't understand...but he rocked.
We saw Jennifer Rasmussen with her brood of five there. Jen worked with and for me at Hart and Cooley and they were in Toranto for a year with JCI (Spencer's employer). She was the same. Three girls...two boys...whew those five keep her thin.
See Amy's creation on Bren's site...way, cool as they say.
