Thursday

Well...lots to comment on after my first class last night. One down, five to go. I have two drop ins which means they could not take the 531 class in the rotation with their cohort so they drop in this one. One is understandable, the other told me she could not complete the class the last time she took it because of an act of God.

Many in the class did not know what a blog was...I pointed them to Slacker Manger's blogging your way through an MBA.

The cool news is that I will be doing some two day seminars for Dan Dana, PhD. this fall. Actually, I start in July at the Ho-Chunk Nation in Wisconsin. That is a one day gig. I will be in Minneapolis in early October working with Dan, then Chicago, Detroit, Portland, OR every other week through Asher's birthday (ending in Oregon.) What a deal. These are two day certification conferences. Dan is turning over the keys to these puppies to three of us who he knows and trusts. He has a newsletter list of over 35K people, so he has some marketing clout that has been growing.

I became affiliated with him in 1998 and have been active and on the fringes all that time. Aleene and I went on a cruise with him/them two years ago and he got to see me present my two seminars then. He has been looking for a time to plug me in ever since. He has a fascinating business. Here is the deal for this fall. Fun.

It doesn't matter where we live...I can plug into these. By the way the condo is posted on ForSaleByOwner.com. The pictures are not the best. I will retake them when the sun is shining and the garbage cans are not out (like this morning) and will have an entire show (25 pix) of the golf course, club house, tennis courts, pool (when filled), etc. Hooked up with Cunningham Dalman again (they did the legal work when we sold to Jeff) and am good to go. I just hated the thoughts of paying Woodland $14,000 to sell this place. So I shall try it myself.
