West Virginia by road

Whew...we left Pittsburgh this morning and spent most of the day driving through West Virginia on our way to Lynchburg. We made it...and, I can report, we had a great day on the road. Light traffic and very little rain until we got into Virginia. Once here, we had significant rain...which they sorely need. But make no mistake, the thunder, lightning and the watch boxes on the TV tell us we are in the East.

All's well here as we settle in for two days with Phyllis then on to Richmond for the Hanayik-Hawes wedding...WooHoo
