Catching up

It has been several days since I posted...here is what has been going on:

Rose:
She is back in the garage with a trip to the vet scheduled for this morning. The two week dose of anti-biotic ended on a Friday and on Sunday she was having dribbling problems. She does not like her life out there, but we have no alternative. If we lived on a farm or had a yard with a fence she could become an outside dog in her later years, but until we get to OR...it is the garge for the 84 year old lady.

Jeff & Mary:
They have been busy and are leaving this morning for PGH for a youth worker conference. They expect to see J&N in Mt Leb and D&M in Freedom during the trip. This is their honeymoon...three weeks late.

Aleene:
This YL has been cleaning, taking down pictures, spackling and painting as the moving progresses. We are shipping our second bedroom furniture to J&M in November when we take the dog up for our trip to Portland. Included is a hand made file cabinet the Wes made for me ten years ago...Jeff will get that too. So I am cleaning files and reducing stuff to portable storage. So the shredder is running and the boxes are getting packed. Some day this place will sell or we will move out inbetween trips...so the move has started.

Dentist, doctor, on and on we are beginning to make final or near-final contacts as we prepare to go south in December...who knows if we will be back here for any length of time....scarry thoughts.
