Last day at sea

It took Columbus three months to do what we did in five days...sail from the Canary Islands to the Lesser Antillies...and we had a good time doing it.

The weather has been surperb and the seas calm as we made the 2500 mile voyage to St. Maarten. Today we got our debarkation instructions and how to get our bags off the ship on Saturday morning. With a little luck, we will be in Newberg by early Sunday morning.

It has been a great trip. We have had a chance to see parts of the European culture that we have not seen and are ending it up in the Caribbean...someplace special this time of year. The cruise has been very easy to do...probably not for everyone, but we had fun.

Our thoughts are with all those in our circle struggling with cancer treatments, Kelli, Bruce, Margy...reports keep flowing in and we are thinking about all of them.

This will be my last post until we settle back into the routine at home...more later....
