Christmas II

I have more pix.

It snowed in the Valley yesterday. Big deal...well, it is here. There has been snow only six times in the last 67 years on Christmas Day in Portland so they made a big deal out of it. It didn't stick here, but the hills around us looked nasty. The mountain passes to the ski resorts and the coast were very snowy. Good packing snow.

Family was here for food at four...we ate and played, then they went home to get ready for bed. Wrap up another Christmas.

Aleene (and Amy) have colds, so while there was cheer you know the saying, "If Momma isn't happy, then nobody is happy." They did better than that, but without the usual womanly zip, it was just ok. Aleene and I went to bed at nine.

Hoping you all were able to share the love of the season as we did. Now, bring on the pork and sauerkraut on New Year's Day.
