We got to Phoenix vicinity in good shape and are having a wonderful time. But let me cut to the chase: today is the second day of my seminar so I got up early and went to drive in early to escape the traffic when I discovered a FLAT tire. Not sure why at this point. Gary was gracious enough to get up (after Aleene awakened them) and help me change tires...I had to read the book since we just got this car...and I was on my way. I am in class now awaiting students. Just a blip on the radar, but unexpected and unwelcome at this juncture.
