Celebrating 50 years...with the same person.

Two years agp we were in Mexico which is where this picture was taken....

Fast forward to 2015...and our 50th celebration....hmm. Where has the time gone.

Last September we toured Alaska, something we have wanted to do for some time. In January, our actual celebration month, we hosted our friends at church for coffee and sandwiches.

In March we flew to Arizona for three weeks or so. The kids joined us for Spring Break week....both families...and we had a ball. Of course, March in Arizona means Spring Training and that was a part of the celebration. Some of us golfed and went to the driving range a time or two...but mostly we just spent time at the pool and enjoyed each other's company.  It was over before we knew it.

Since we are back in our routine it all seems like a dream....much like the wedding day itself. We've endured and thrived....and if I had it to do all over again....well, it's hard to know how it could be any better. We've been blessed.
