Off to Managua

Well...she's off. We got up at 5:00 to do the chores and shower...then off to the Habitat office to meet the others. There are six of them from Holland. They got checked in all wearing their Global Village tee shirts. By this time the sun was up and it was obvious that they would not have any weather related delays today.

They went through security all giggling and up the ramp. The other driver and I made our exit. That new M-6 highway between Hudsonville and the airport sure is nice. I was home in 40 minutes.

They had a two hour wait in Chicago and according to the computer they left two minutes early. She called from Houston, which was their jumping off point to Nicaragua. Things were going well and only a three hour flite was left...but they were all getting tired.

Not sure when I will hear from her again, maybe not until Sunday, February 6 when they get back in the states. They will have fun.
